Request an RMA
Log into your account and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to receive a unique tracking number for your electronics return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the hardware for integrity and functionality before processing your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
